"Always a great selection My wife and daughter love shopping there always have seem to have what we need and if they don't they can usually get it from another store excellent"
"Definitely check this place out for any type of dress (casual, wine tasting/summer, dressy or whatever). I was looking for a very specific style with sequins for a concert I'm attending, and came close to finding a couple in the sale rack, but alas moved on. I didn't really check out the jewelry or casual clothes. Nice staff!"
"Updated review. The last time I came to West End, I was looking for a specific clothing item that they claimed to have available in my size, so I went to the store looking for the item, found it but didn't see my size but the website said it was available, the girl who was helping me said "oh that item is only available for online order but can be picked up instore? Which made no sense why can't I just purchase it now if you have it available? Long story short I had to stand in the store order the item online and wait for them to bring the item from downstairs. It's ludicrous. That made the whole situation longer than it needed to be. I waited for my item to be brought from downstairs to the store but in the meantime while waiting I was asked by 3 employees if I needed help, a random man coming from the back room kept looking at me like I was going to do something and literally stood by the register the whole time I waited. The older women which I'm assuming she's the owner ALSO came out from the back asked if I needed something? I said I'm waiting for my pickup order. I felt like I was targeted as a potential theif which I am not and would be offended to assume everyonr is like that. I use to like shopping here and that has really changed over the years. This place makes you feel unwelcoming and tense to even touch anything because an employee will assume you're trying to steal. Maybe reevaluate why you actually came into the retail world because this place lacks any type of customer service"
"I’m very disappointed at the management at this West End location. I bought an item from this location for the first time last weekend, a $90 jacket. When I got home, I tried it on and one of the buttons was completely ripped off. I put it back in the bag I bought it in, with tags attached and the original receipt, and tried to return it today, 7 days later. I would have liked to exchange it for the same item, but they were sold out. So I proceeded to stand at the front desk for 10/15 minutes while the cashier (she was very nice) had to call her manager and wait to hear back before being able to return the item and give me money back. Well, her manager told her that she could not give me my money back, and that I would need to be given a store credit. This is completely unfair and bad business as I was sold a damaged product unknowingly and cannot get my money back despite following everything in their return policy. They clearly have issues with burglary at this establishment, as there are signs posted everywhere of different people who have stolen from the store, but that does not mean that regular, everyday customers like me should have to be treated this way. I will be using my $90 credit at this store (triple checking that nothing is damaged before purchasing because obviously you can’t return items here) and never buying anything from here again."
"My sister and I went in today looking for dresses to wear to a wedding coming up. We were in the store for about 20 minutes just browsing, there were 2 women up at the counter and one was following us around the store. We would walk over to look at something and she would be right behind us. Anytime we would look up she was there right beside us pretending to fix mannequins or clothing. She asked multiple times if we needed a dressing room. I know that’s her job but If we tell her no the first time don’t ask 4 other times. If someone needs a dressing room they will either tell you, or walk to the dressing room. We felt harassed the entire time we were in the store. We felt targeted like the girl thought we were going to steal something. I made a couple of comments to her to ask her to back off and she kept just getting closer and closer. We felt so uncomfortable. I will not be going back, and I will be making a complaint tomorrow."
