"Been a great customer for a long time. Go there almost everyday. But, since they change to a inexperience manager the place has gone hill. Workers seem unhappy, poor service, food has gone down hill. Smart mouth new server the Manger sister I understand. And now if you happen to go there during shift changed your forced to get your bill before you even get your food. So if you order more you have to pay twice. Last straw for me. To bad they forgot who their customers are and true customer service!!!"

"Tried going here, but after standing in the doorway for quite a while with none of the wait staff acknowledging us, we left. It was super weird. Seems like it was somewhat busy with locals (place was about half full), but my party went elsewhere and had a great time. It's crazy when you try to give a company business and they make no effort. I should have scrolled down more reviews as there seems to be lots of people who get ignored, and the replies from this establishment are telling."

"I have ate there several times over the last 6 months. The DJ bingo on Saturday nights is something my 14 year old daughter and I enjoy together. The menu offers a lot of choices and the servings are plenty big enough we take our leftovers home. Our orders are always perfect when June cooks. Most of the employees are always smiling and friendly while working hard. We enjoy Osprey and will be having my grandmas 90th birthday there this Sumner. I recommend this place 100%"
