Groome Transportation

"I booked a ride then realized I needed to cancel the purchase. I called customer service within 5 minutes of the purchase, and they would not refund me. They only offered a pass that would expire within 1 year (I have no plans to go back to Sedona again in a year, so this doesn't help). The associate was nice + professional and explained the final sale was listed in the fine print when I placed the order. I understand people take advantage of refunds, but this does not seem in the best interest of the consumer. **edited review because someone did reach out and make the situation right."

"Second time using the shuttle service, first was a while back. Van is clean, comfortable. Dwayne, our driver, was polite, friendly, and professional. No complaints!"

"This company has terrible communication to help you find the shuttle and give you little grace for a delayed plane or trouble finding the van. Would not recommend them if you want a stress free transportation experience."

"Exceptionally poor service. While we got messages for other reservations with them, they sent us no information about what pick up location was for this trip. Our shuttle was over an hour delayed, with no communication from Groome. I called 30 minutes in and again an hour in. The first time, they let me know our driver was one stop away, already at the the airport. They were not, instead it was a different service line, the driver of which utterly ignored us when we just tried to confirm if it was our shuttle. I was so frustrated. When I called again, they let me know our driver was 30 minutes away from arriving at the airport. They had no comment on what went wrong with their previous communication. I let them know we were surrounded by other people waiting for the shuttle, none of whom had received any information about the delay. 20 minutes later, they called to let us know th car was STILL 30 minutes away. Delays are fine. That's life. The lack of communication was so unprofessional and telling. The lack of any accurate information from their team is insane. Only calling and providing updates after I tell them to is unacceptable."

"When you fly places, you might have to bring your dog. But apparently a tiny dog in a carrying case is not allowed on Groom transportation. All these people in food and transportation expect you to give them a substantial tip. But why would I tip somebody for poor service or no service. Our family has decided to no longer use groom transportation. So what I can see they charge you more and customer service is out the door."
