"Honestly, I don't come into any auto place with great expectations of respect, but this was low. I made an appointment for 8 AM, one of the first slots, and I got there about 8:05. None of the bay doors were open, none of the mechanics were there, no one was ready. So I ended up waiting about 15 minutes to even pull my car in. I was here just for an oil change, and was told, not asked what oil I would be getting. Unsurprisingly, they were trying to sell me the most expensive of the oils, the entirely synthetic oil, which is not necessary for my car. I tried to refuse, but they were adamant and I needed my oil change. Based off of the rudeness of the cashier's and who I was working with, as well as the unpreparedness, I can't see myself coming back here. This was my third time getting my oil changed, and while the other two experiences were fine, if not a bit irritating, this truly killed any desire I have to schedule again."
"The 4 stars are because the service manager took the issue seriously and is dealing with it. I was treated horribly by the service writer because after waiting more than 10 minutes while he laughed and joked with the people in the car ahead of me, then walked away, I started to just leave. He motioned me back and I asked if he was ready to do his job. He then proceeded to tell me, without asking why I was there, "You're going to have a 4 and a half hour wait" This was at 3:30 on a Sunday. They close at 7pm. I was there just for a battery - which their policy says always go to the front of the line, and this was confirmed by the rest of the staff. I backed out, parked, and went inside. He followed me in, accused me of cussing at him (I didn't, but he did cuss at me). The associate at the counter told him to walk away and told the service manager that he had followed me in "running his mouth" The service manager, Chris, went out of his way to repair the damage caused by this unprofessional, rude service writer. I had my new battery installed and ready to go in less than 30 minutes."
"The guys I had change my tires were very professional and efficient. Would use again"
"Tires took 3 and a half hours to install and all four wheels had the paint scratched off."
"Save your time and dignity, and go to Les Schwab across the street. Or Mendez Tires (who changed my tires in 25 minutes)...This place told me to wait 1.5 hours for my tire change, and I waited in the waiting room with perishables in my cart. When I checked back 1.5 hours later, I was told they didn't even get started on my car, and it would be another 1.5 hours. When I asked to speak to their "manager" to get compensation for my time in a form of a discount for the tires, first the manager tried to tell me I only waited an hour. I showed him the call history on my phone from which it was clear my ETA got confirmed 1 hr 48 mins prior to that. Then he LAUGHED in my face and told me I was "already getting those tires cheap" and he wouldn't give me any discount. He also told me he couldn't even give me an ETA at that point. What a shame that Walmart would promote people like that into management positions. Never going back. I'd rather pay the extra bucks elsewhere, where I get treated with respect."
