"Absolutely horrible customer service. I watched 3 people come in, request help, and all were directed to call someone because the guys here didn't know what they were doing. Three different customers. Not only that but they had me go through a website to file a claim before they would even attempt to warrant my failed headlight that has a 3 year warrant, that I only purchased 1 year ago. Last time I had a headlight failed it was replaced on the spot after reviewing my receipt. Man, I miss good service."
