"Was told it would he 5 min for some pies in drive through speaker got to window was told 12 minutes asked to park did waited for 25 min went to door and was told it'll be a few more min because the oven was full. No sorry nothing long story short they were in office smoking something nog ole cloud came out with her and waited a total of 35 min for 4 pies and not a sorry nothing at all."

"The food was great, but they were ants trailing across the counter when she put our food there and her explanation was it's the season for ants. To me and my husband that's really not acceptable. Not sure if we will ever be back."

"Writing my review while waiting in line questioning my decision to return to this location. Thinking back on our many visits, the employee looking highly stressed and telling me "this is the worst circus ride I've ever been on" hits the highlight of comedy. Waits are extreme, suggesting this location is unaware that McDonald's is supposed to be fast food. I have had rounds where I could have received and consumed foid in a sit down restaurant in less time. I see lots of staff, but can't understand what they are doing. I can see the group full of laughter, anger, or conversation while I see my order waiting by the window for me and yet out of my reach. Excuses to date: it is door dash orders, it is Taco Bell being closed, "staff is hung over", etc. The order staff can't keep clear how the equipment works. I have sat as the only person between the two lines at the order speaker and had the staff continue to talk to the other line. I have had staff not mute their headset, ask what I want to order (directed at the other line apparently) and then yell at me for responding. Getting orders correct appears to be a significant struggle. It is critical to completely check your order before moving your car, or you will have another 20-40 minute wait to loop back through."

"There is absolutely no sense of urgency among the employees at this location. Most of the employees look lost and confused. Once the lobby is closed be ready to wait 45+ minutes for a line of 10 cars in the drive thru. I really hope someone in corporate or the owner see this and fix it."
