"Quick to seat our party. The waiter came immediately and offered water and tea. Asked if we wanted anything else to drink. When we were ready to order, he came right over and took our orders. Our meals all arrived hot and fresh. Nobody had to wait for their order. Very good food."

"Would be no stars if I could. First we get there and it wasn't busy. Then another couple arrive and are seated the waiter went to take there order first before ours and the Manager like shamed him in front of everyone when we had declined when he asked a few minutes before. After that we got out order taken and they came out with 2 entrees and forgot about the other 2 people at the table. About 15 mins pass and we ask where is our meals. They walked around and acted like it was our fault because they only sent out 2 out of 4. Then the manager was really rude and basically said sorry take it up with the franchise. Isn't this a Family owned business? Would of just rather things be handled at a more professional level despite trying to get our feelings acrossed. But they couldn't be bothered. Save your money go somewhere else."

"I had the #6: Szechuan Chicken with Mar Far Chicken and I substituted the Pork Fried Rice with steamed Veggetables for an extra $2 (because I'm diabetic). For soup, I had the Hot and Sour soup. The food arrived quickly and was delicious. The lobby was clean and the staff was friendly. They checked on my brother and I often and kept our glasses full. I would absolutely recommend Chen's to anyone and I will be back."

"We discovered this place while my mom was recovering from surgery at DRV. People visiting my mom brought her food from this restaurant. My mom insisted that when we were out in this area again that we needed to stop here for lunch. This was my first time eating her and in the restaurant. This place reminds me of the Chinese food of my childhood Growing up in Salem. The atmosphere is peaceful and tastefully decorated. The bathrooms are clean and the servers are really nice. They have great lunch specials and they give good portions! We will definitely be back!"

"A good friend suggested this place. Food was ok but the service was not the best. While we were talking and our children were still eating, one of the servers or a manger personal continues to ask if we were done. We mentiined that we were not done as our children ate. She came back 5 mins later pickeg up the check that was on the table and very rudly said i can take care of this for you. Not a good image and will not come back here."
