"I've been coming here off and on for years. The food is great, best milkshakes ever, fast service, my orders are always accurate, always A+. My only negative is the atmosphere. I often see homeless people and/or protestors at the intersection near Burgerville. I wouldn't recommend eating outdoors at this place."

"Their burgers are always great, never disappoint. The halibut fish and chips is a disappointment though, $15 for two measly pieces and when I asked for waffle fries, half were regular which was weird. It's hit or miss on the milkshakes, a lot of times they aren't fully mixed together. Drive through frequently forgets the dipping sauce (which they charge extra for)"

"I only go here for the shakes since I feel the food tastes a bit on the plain side. I've only had a few different burgers here. The taste on them was ok but the flavor was very mild. The shakes on the other hand are amazing and I always choose this place for their shakes! I just wish they had stronger straws, they are mostly worthless for these shakes. Ask for a spoon but definitely go for the shakes!"

"Dropped by here for a late bite with my family. Usually didn't consider Burgerville as a place I could even eat as a vegan but I was surprised to read that they had several vegan-friendly options on their menu. I had their Plantville Cheezeburger. I was delighted to see that they not only had a vegan cheese but also a vegan sauce—both were lovely. The sauce was a mild-medium spicy which made me love it even more. I also tried their Hazelnut Chocolate Shake which has a vegan/dairy-free option available. You could taste the hazelnuts vividly; it was so fresh. It was soo thick I had trouble drinking through the straw but that's how I like it. Would love to come back here if I'm ever in Monmouth again and try the other flavours of their shakes and their Waffle fries."

"I’ve heard of the legend of Burgerville. I’ve been told it’s the best burger place in the Northwest and it’s on a “must try” list when in the area. Funny enough, I’ve been coming into this area for years and I’ve never stopped to see just how good the fries and shakes are at Burgerville. So the last time we drove through Salem, we decided to take a small detour to see how it fair’s against the competition and our own preferences. Unfortunately, I wasn’t too hungry so I didn’t get a burger, but we did get shakes and fries to sample the menu. The restaurant was clean enough but felt very old and could use updating. The shakes were quite good and probably the best part of Burgerville though the fries were average at best. If you are a local, I’m sure you will like this place fine, but let’s be honest, In n Out is much better. Change my mind…"
