"I used to enjoy stopping in for an ice cream cone on a regular basis…the last 2 visits (1 just a week ago) have been disappointing…I ordered a medium vanilla cone and I got a frozen cone…not fresh ice cream! It was nothing but ice crystals and flavorless. If I had not been driving away, I would have taken it back for a refund. There was no mention that the cones are now frozen ahead of time. So disappointing for a $4.00 + ice cream cone. Not again!"

"We waited in the drive-through for a good 45 minutes. There were only 6 cars ahead of us when we got there. I could tell the staff was working hard."

"A few years ago I used to come here all the time to get the chicken strip basket despite there being another dq closer to me. This one is a bit more expensive and out of the way but I came here because the food was great every time. I live near this one now but I do not come here often. Mostly because the food is hit or miss. The chicken strips and toast are almost always satisfactory, but the fries are usually pretty bad. Which is pretty disapointing because in my opinion, dq used to have the best fries at least when it came to the big fast food companies. Now it seems there is always something wrong with them and it seems to be a different problem every time. I get dairy products less often, but I have never gotten a bad ice cream cone or blizzard from this place. So if that is all you are coming for than you should enjoy this place."

"The service here is BAD! I really don’t recommend anyone in town to go to Monmouth DQ take your business to Dallas if you’re gonna go at all. The attitudes of the employees is BAD! They seem to always forget parts of my food. I have tired to call them but there phone seems to be disconnected so not sure what’s going on there? That has been that way for a while so not sure if someone is not paying the bill or what. I tried to confront them about missing food they offered to do nothing about it. The manager got rude and told me that they don’t just give away food and I told them that is not the case. Not to be rude but you can tell that I’m not a person asking for free food. Plus the food here is only subpar the fry’s are soggy and just it’s not good. I don’t recommend going to Monmouth. I work in retail and customer service and I’m sorry but this is in no way how you treat you customer. All I can say is from now on I will no longer be going to DQ in Monmouth this place is a mess."

"Buy 2 cheese burgers plain, toss the buns, burgers are tasty by themselves! (Low carb move) Most importantly, i can get a Low sugar dillybar that is awsome. About the only place you can get low sugar dessert (and it's ice cream!) However, only 1 out of 4 Dairy Queens have this choice??? They should let folks know what they have !"
