"This was one of the worst dental experiences of my life. Over the phone, I was told they had "emergency" care. I left work in tremendous pain, needing a tooth pulled that day, which I told the receptionist I spoke with. She said they could get me out of pain. The wait was not too long, which was good, but they literally did nothing but patronize me and then refer me to another dentist, who I could talk to in a week or two when they got my referral. They don't have anyone who can extract a tooth on site! WHAT!? A WEEK OR TWO! The dentist lectured me for taking too many ibuprofen and acetaminophen pills, though, and declined to even consider prescribing any kind of pain pills because I can't take opioids and he didn't know what else to prescribe me. I was in INTENSE pain, and went out to my car and called around until I found a dentist who would do the extraction for $200. They took care of me in less than an hour. Do NOT go to this dentist for "emergency care." You won't get any help."

"This place kinda sucks honestly. I was trying to stay positive, and not to be ungrateful, but I think something needs to change. To start, since it's the first thing you'll notice, this is the smallest dentistry I've ever seen. Not only that, but it's always jam-packed, so much so that we're always having to stand when we wait for our appointment to start, the bathroom is hardly checked on, you can tell by the lack of toilet paper and mysterious blood and other brown substance on the empty toilet paper roll, the staff is sketchy and can be rude, the rooms are tiny and have no windows (which, I get it, Salem is no sight to see, but c'mon), the other employees loudly talk and chatter while they walk by an actively operating room which startles us every time, the dentists are very rough and do not care if they're cutting up your lips and cheeks with their tools, the hygienist kept almost playing with the air tool, blowing air at my leg once and then ear which almost made me twitch when a drill was literally in my mouth, and they just seemed like they either didn't know what they were doing, or were doing something they weren't supposed to. Also, everyone knows when your whole mouth, especially tongue, gets numbed up, you're supposed to be told to not eat crunchy or hot things for a while so you don't bite your tongue or whatever — they apparently told other patients that, but not me? And I've had a lot of dental work done but none of it has hurt afterwards, especially not this bad. This is worse than the pain I complained about forever ago (probably almost a year now) when my appointment was made, and now the issue is actually worse than what I made the appointment for. My mouth wasn't even hurting when I went in, but it's in searing pain now that I'm home and everything has worn off. I can't tell which pain is worse, the damage they caused to my cheek and lip, the new pain from the work they just did, the elongated tooth sensitivity that wasn't nearly this bad before today, or the really bad headache something during this visit has given me. That's never happened to me before at my previous dentistries. idk :/ something about this just feels unsafe. I'm genuinely not trying to be a Karen or a rude patient, especially because there was actually one problem solved by this new filling, and I really appreciate that."

"Not very accommodating to people's needs. Not helpful in a time of need for patients going through some unfortunate events that have affected there life . When a patient is late 10min, instead of being understanding they were rude and would not let us be seen , they choose to reschedule the apt. For months out which means the we now have to wait 2 months more for a total of five months to be seen and to be in pain as well. Arrow didn't even attempt to be understanding and try to help. Had they asked they would know that the last thing we needed was to be treated in such a poor manor and deny seeing us over being 10min late .Maybe try to put yourself in someone's else's shoes for once. Sometimes things happen and it's unavoidable. We're thinking another dentist because if this is how they operate we want no part of such a place. There is nothing worse than having to watch a loved one suffer. They were more than happy to bill my insurance for looking at my broken front tooth then schedule me for an exam then fix my teeth 3 months out and left it sharp and jagged which is causing sores on my lip from poking into it. Thanks for billing my insurance and not not helping me at all , but I'm so happy you were able to get paid for doing nothing and meeting with me for 3min you guys are awesome!"

"They do very little work per visit and schedule you FAR out. I have work I have been waiting for years to get to. I wonder if they have some scam going with how they work with the insurance agency? My dentist himself is a good dentist. I have always been pleased with him. If only I could work with him in a better run dentist office!"

"Very happy with my services here. I was able to be seen last minute on a walk up apt. I have severe dental anxiety so I was hesitant. But I was very well taken care of, my dentist had patience with me and Shelley the dental assistant made me feel comfortable and safe. She made this experience easy and comforted me every Chance she got. Highly recommend this place ! & Make sure to ask for Shelley!"
