"Shopped at the Chico’s Outlet in Lincoln City during the Thanksgiving weekend, and have to say that Susan, associate 99, was so very helpful! She quickly assisted my friend in purchasing the tops she needed to go with a Soft Surroundings jacket she owned, and then assisted me in picking out a beautiful vintage crystal pendant necklace. Very warm, welcoming and helpful. ps- I forgot my receipt at the store, didn’t even think about it, until I received it in the mail from Susan. That’s top notch service all the way!"
