"I never leave bad reviews but they took 2.5 hrs to rotate and balance. Went to leave and my truck was pulling hard left so I brought it back. The guy told me I'd have to wait until they could get to me (another few hrs) to fix it and the guy was extremely rude about it. Drove to les schwab and realized they destroyed severally of my lug nuts. I will never go back and suggest nobody else does."
