"I called in to to see about being seen and was just told there was a wait-list just to be scheduled for an appointment, which could end up being scheduled months out from there. I was added to this wait list over a month ago. Today when I called for an update, I was told the wait-list can take over three months until I get an appointment. They suggested I try and schedule with the Corvallis office an hour away if I wasn't happy with the wait, which isn't an option for someone without a car. This dentistry expects people to wait three months or more to be seen, that should tell you how much they care about their patients. Find any other dentist, what this company is doing should be criminal the way they take people's money for insurance and refuse to provide service in a reasonable or timely manner."

"Unfortunately this experience validated my distrusts of dentists. I waited several weeks for an appointment. They spent 15 minutes cleaning my bottom teeth then told me my time is up and if I want the top cleaned I’ll have to come back for another appointment. Also I have a cavity that I will need to have filled but will have to make a third separate appointment for that. So they billed my insurance 411 dollars for a less than thorough and in-depth cleaning of only half my mouth. Why wouldn’t they just have the decency to spend an hour with me cleaning my whole mouth and filling my cavity? I think we all know the answer to that sadly. Ugh. American health care is such a scam. Good luck out there yall."
