"Waited on fries for 20 mins for a DoorDash order. One of the staff was bad mouthing his staff about it as well. Seems rather unprofessional."
"Worst Five Guys ever. I got there at 5:15 and placed my order. A burger, shake, and fries. There were 3 people working 2 people in front of me waiting for food and nobody behind me. I stood there and waited the 2 people in front of me got there food. 40 minutes later I asked how much longer it was gonna be and he said 10 minutes. I watched and realized they hadn't even started my order. When I ask for refund the manager didn't even know what she was doing. It took her 10 minutes to refund my money. I will never go back to that one."
"Ordered on line and it was ready and made right. They did wait to make the milkshake until we got there which I appreciate a ton. Food was hot and made just as we asked. The large fry is huge and can be shared without a problem to save money. So many options for your burger and either one patty which is the small or two which is just the regular. Located in the strip mall across from McMenamin’s. Tons of of outdoor and indoor seating."
