"My husband took me for my birthday and we sat in the bar where the bartender, Henry, was friendly and personable and offered good service. The wait staff were all impressive, smiling, hustling, energetic and pleasant but no one so pleasant, attentive and efficient as Nathaniel. He would not let my glass go unfilled and I appreciated his dedication to patron care and experience. The one person that made us exceedingly uncomfortable and seemed to have that effect on everyone in the restaurant was a short tempered fellow with ill fitting pants who screeched at the wait staff repeatedly and made everyone cringe with awkward discomfort. We were advised that he was a consultant but he was counter-productive, stopped and stood in the waiter's way, expecting them to skirt around him while they hustled to care for guests. We hated seeing the staff yelled at and berated in front of each other and patrons. It was so uncomfortable. It's hard to enjoy a good (& expensive) meal while someone is yelling at people in the middle of a busy restaurant. That aside, the food was fabulous! I've never had such tender pasta and bursts of flavors with impeccable house reds. We probably will go back but will not sit idly by again under those circumstances again, no matter how good the food is. That just made everyone miserable and it was not an enjoyable experience because of one angry little man."

"Very much enjoyed this location after having visited in Oregon City many times. After driving by for years and years was so surprised at the lovely atmosphere that doesn't feel like you are close to a busy street at all! The service was wonderful, the wine list and food were great - loved the Caesar Salad. I will be back."

"This was a surprise. I truly wanted to love the West Linn location of Bugattis. I had been to the Oregon City location which was divine. I bragged to my husband about the food, the bread and the experience in Oregon City. Not the same experience. Not the same menu. Not the same bread. My husband's lasagna was sticky pasta. As a fine cook myself, the pasta was way overcooked to a mush consistency. Not that zesty full Italian flavors of the Oregon City location. My meal was just okay. The bread was a sliced bread, they said it was homemade but again the homemade bread in Oregon City was divine. The menu completely different. Bless the servers. They were wonderful. And an A++ on the atmosphere. Just wish the dining experience was matched to the atmosphere."

"It was freezing cold inside! Brrrr! The food was great, service was good, friendly servers... pretty good. I'll be returning. Would love to see Moscato on the menu. Try the Marsala... yummy dish!"

"Recommended by a friend, we gave it a try. This place did not disappoint. Everything we got were delicious. Waiter messed up my steak and dessert but was very apologetic and made it right. That was all we could ask for. We went on Valentine’s Day so can’t blame him for a couple errors on one of the most busiest days of the year. The bread and oil vinegar dip was so good I should have gotten some to go. Ravioli was super good. Best of all, the prices were crazy inflated."
