"They had me at, “Hello,” literally. Whoever it was that answered the phone call (the day before I came in for service) made me feel like my car would be in good hands at this location. I want to take this opportunity to thank the exceptional team at the 7th street location. I don’t always feel very comfortable when I leave service places because a lot of places talk down to me, and treat me like I’m stupid and know nothing about cars. I didn’t feel that way here. They asked me questions, listened and gave me what they thought would benefit my car. Suggesting what was within my budget. No upselling, no judgement, no snide behavior. Their customer service was to Infinity and Beyond. I appreciate that so much. I’ll continue to come here."

They didn’t have my filter in stock so they called around and then ordered it in and I barely had time to get a coffee form down the street before they had it. If I was from this area, this would be my go to for a quick oil change. Just top notch customer service."
