The technician didn't have enough time for our transmission to cool entirely to run the tests he needed so suggested we stay the night in town. Ended up being fun unexpected excursion watching the ducks and geese playing in the creek behind the hotel. The tech figured it was one of the original suspected components failing, but didn't want us throwing money at something that wasn't the problem. So his honesty was definitely appreciated. Their shuttle service was also great and we got to know about a couple of their excellent employees and possible tour destinations for future trips."
