"My family and I were starving after a hike last Saturday. We ordered the 20 piece chicken tenders. The cashiers Nestor and Adan and manager Paulino were friendly and helpful! The food arrived super fast. It was hot and the tenders were juicy! Excellent customer service!"

"I rolled into the drive thru at about 10 mins before closing at midnight. I normally wouldn't do that but due to the ice storm everything was closed. The manager at the window was friendly and had no problem taking care of us. She was great and had a wonderful smile helping us even after they had been slammed all day. "Unfortunately will likely be my last trip to a Carl's Jr. To begin, my wife & I had numerous issues with using the app, it is a horrible experience (I've posted a separate review to google play). After putting in our orders with the staff (they were nice), we received our food fairly quickly. We sat down, unpacked our food and everything seemed to be in order with exception of the super star burger I ordered. It had a single patty on it. After bringing it to the staff's attention, they boxed up another patty and handed it to me, a bit unorthodox instead of remaking the burger, but that's ok. This other patty didn't have cheese on it, which might sound like a minor inconvenience, but the price of food nowadays is expensive, so I'd like to get every condiment I ordered. At this point, though, I just wanted to eat and be on my way, so I didn't bother asking for further assistance. Nonetheless, as for the food quality, the regular fries are ok, a bit subpar to other fast food places, but they're fine. The waffle fries are great, along with the chicken tenders, they were the best items we had. As for the burgers, they were good with the exceptions of the buns, my super star burger's buns were just subpar in general, possibly old. My wife's sourdough burger's buns were fairly soft and mushy, unlike what we'd expect with a sourdough bun (crisp). Overall, after not having gone to Carl's Jr for a few years, I'm sad to say that I will likely not return anytime soon with the experience i had. The cost definitely doesn't match the return."
