"I have probably eaten chipotle 2000+ times in the last 15 years. This by far has to be the worst location I have ever visited on countless occasions. Many times I have showed up to dine in, or takeout and there is a sign on the front door that says online orders only. Many of those times the online order system is not working and place the order takes 30 to 45 minutes once you arrive. The only reason this got two stars, instead of one is because the food is good."

"I keep going here because it is close to home. It's terrible. Don't go here. I showed up today 3 1/2 hours before closing no cheese or sourcream. When I said something the employee asked me if I wanted him to serve me the expired stuff in back. Really unprofessional."

"I placed an online order, and I got half of what you would normally get in a bowl if you went in and got the food. This is the second time it's happened to me. And to pay $18 to get my food and have it delivered, to only get nearly half of what you normally would get, is a rip off. The food is always good, but not worth it when you're being ripped off."

"I don’t know why I keep trying to give this location a chance. This place is a joke. The employees are rude but they are just a bunch of children. I can’t imagine the leadership here is any better. Every time I go here something is always wrong. I ordered on the app for store pickup and someone took my order. When I asked them to remake it they took their sweet time even though there was only one other person in the restaurant ordering food. Even though they looked up my order they made it completely wrong. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION."
