"How disgusting is Starbucks you know that each of there locations is allowed to charge you different prices even if the store is a mile away from another Starbucks. How is this allowed when I call cyst service there aware won't let you talk to a manager keep you on hold for 15 mins come back say managers are aware of this I'm just going to give you a 5 dollar gift card. lol this is a monopoly of a company. What awful business practices. Hopefully people start boycotting Starbucks and wake up n see you pay different prices at all locations. This down right wrong and horrible!"
"WOW! Bad doesnt even come close. I've never seen anything like it 3 people behind the counter, no one waiting for drinks. I stood there for about 5-6 minutes while one turned away from me and started washing a machine, another never looked up, appeared to be cleaning something, and the third was chatting on the phone. When a group of two people came in behind me the workers continued chatting, and then a few minutes later asked if I would like to order. I like to be patient for people, but at least acknowledge that I exist, look up, say something, maybe "I'll be with you in just a few minutes, or ten.... something...."
"This starbucks is the best starbucks I have ever been to. The baristas are amazing! They are attentive and detail orientated and are genuinely glad to help the customers with their request whether it is a mobile request or an in person request. Amazing and consistent. Kat is especially awesome, she goes above and beyond to make the guest experience a good one."
"Overall a good SB. Cleanliness is spotty but they do clean often as seen in this picture. I think I caught them as they were on rotation as there was some half spilt y’all drink on the floor when I came in. Drinks are 90% correct overall. So a good practice to occasionally check your drink if you’re a regular. Staff are friendly and this store seems to visually embody/match starbucks alignment in that folks from all walks of life are welcome. Conversations behind the counter are always customer first. It’s rare that I’ve experienced a personal conversation present in lieu of customer interest. The SB is of average size but is well maintained. Parking is pretty alright and easy parking for early AM coffee drinkers (6am-8am crowd). Worth a visit and would recommend. I’ve done visits during all hours and would say their best service and “fullness” of their seating/availability is around noon and evenings. Mornings are crazy here, even on weekends."
"Weirdest experience I've had in a Starbucks yet. Maybe. I ordered one decaf and one real house coffee, room for cream. Not our usual but we got Tall sized and expected to drink them before our destination. Place was nice and larger than some Starbucks. Friendly baristas, if not too bright. I placed my order. Another customer began talking with me about the area, and I had to tell her I was not from around there either. We chatted about different parts of town and how Starbucks differ from town to town. I see out of corner of my eye that the barista is listening to us. Not busy here, just us two gals swapping stories. I began to tell my story of the week before when I'd been in more of a rush when I visited Starbucks by the airport. Upon entering, the place didn't seem busy. One client stands ready to approach the bar where I watch one gal writing a note at the counter. Two others make and fetch drinks for drive through. The barista this client is watching is busy helping a fellow make his food choice. He buys and moves along. Now, the client moves forward and she blurts out that her phone wasn't in the car or on the table where she and her friend were. Barista answered back that no one had turned it in. I'm beginning to feel ignored as the person writing hasn't looked up. She must have noticed my stare. I'm enjoying telling my story to this gal who seems entertained, and it's still not busy here so I pay with my gold card and put a $1 tip in cup. Meanwhile I'm reliving the moment of my last Starbucks trip and don't hear the barista say "Here's the decaf." Im just talking away. Can you tell, I really should not have caffeine. Starbucks airport visit, story continues. I wait another moment observing the chat about the gal's phone being lost. I hear her crying and I feel sorry but I'm not going to help look for her phone. I see the gal at counter look up at me from her writing. I say, before she can look away. "Should I have done the drive through?" She seems surprised and tells me, "She's lost her phone." I reply, "How does that involve me? I'm here to order coffee and I have my old man waiting in the car." Oh. Yeah. I see recognition in her eyes that here's a customer who's waiting to be served. So, she stands up and offers to take my order. Friendly enough after that and my drinks were good enough. My fella hardly knew I was gone. Story ended. I say goodbye to gal whose grin is my reward. I turn to look at the barista who is staring at me as if I'm an odd one. As I hold both cups I ask her, "Which is the decaf? It's marked, right?" "No," she said. "I told you when I handed it to you." Oh, dear. Now we're in a fix. So, another barista popped over to her station and offered to get me new drinks. Problem solved. Although I am not impressed with taste of decaf house coffee, I would've given 4 stars if she could've told me which was decaf."
