"Was disappointed with the lack of trains and other things that you used to find in a hobby shop but times have changed. And now drones and remote control trucks are the popular thing I guess. Which is what they have plenty of. Customer service was fine but nothing exceptional."

"Hobby Town Wilsonville is the best hobby store in the whole PDX area. If they don't have something, they'll try their hardest to order it for you. Super amazing and helpful staff."

"Thank you for ordering the mustang for me! Here's the back story. I asked if they could get one in as I typically stop by once a quarter while getting my oil changed at a local dealer. I can't believe she remembered down to the color that I wanted. It truly means a lot when you find a place that treats customers like they matter. Thank you!!"

"Amazing selection of glue and paints supplies. I came to this location to buy a Gunpla and left with a lot more lol. The best part was the really nice lady working who know a lot about things they had in stock that I didn’t see until she pointed them out to me when I told her my interests. Really mad at my self for ordering so much of Amazon over the last few days when this place had all of it in stock, please support this place!!!"

"Quality control here is an issue I believe. Since they only carry traxxas its hard to reccomend unless you like traxxas that much. If I were you id order online, so that you have the option to return things if they break in one session. Haveing to drive 30+ minute to this location almost daily has really soured my opinion on traxxas, and RC in general. They have helped me out, but I know they dont really care since im not willing to spend top dollar. This place is not for ANYTHING budget minded. Your parts will break and they wont help. Buy straight from traxxas as they will always accept returns because they know their quality control is terrible. The lady with the accent for sure knows what she is doing, good or bad. Its not her fault quality control related but I honestly expected more from a shop with such good reviews. She is nice, but if you are not spending hundreds do not expect a personal experience. They do not carry anything but traxxas, and they do not have a mechanic to help work things out when things go wrong. The shop is always very busy with people roaming so you cannot expect any sort of a personal experience. I am upset, I expected more. My only RC is constantly out of commission and im tired of driving so far to get so little. I will most likely be taking the extra time to go to hillsboro hobby shop now, even though it is further. Ive had a better experience the one time in hillsboro than my 5 times here. Hillsboro will help budget minded people and has a mechanic. Overall, not trying to poop on this shop. Its a strip mall location so you get what you get. I just expected more and have been disappointed. They dont pay for my gas after all, and I cant afford to be making multiple trips a week just to keep my RC up and running. Its a shame, because I really liked this shops location. To end, if you are not willing to spend top dollar and if you dont want your parts to break. Go somewhere else, and get a different brand than traxxas. None of my friends have had an experience like this with their non traxxas rigs. Its a shame. Most likely wont be comeing back. Pics of the broken wheel they wont take back. Only lasted one session at the newberg rc track. Utterly dissatisfied."
