"My car got broken into Feb. 2024, so I had glass all over my car and inside the drivers seat belt (so it was not drivable). When I dropped my car off, they covered my ride from LYFT to get back home and I got my car back, it got detailed!! I was so impressed. Benjamin was completely amazing. He did such a great job from the beginning to the end. He made me feel comfortable and gave me a safe space to let me know everything will be okay with my car. He had such a great smile and an amazing attitude. He was very communicative when I was waiting and my car was in the shop for 1.5 weeks. 5/5 star rating (higher if | could!!). Thank you!!! New! "Great experience. Everyone is nice and helpful. First talked with Benjamin and accommodated me same day with an hour notice and told me that they can get my car repair started as soon as that day and I came back the following day. Jose managed the repair and I got daily text updates and got my car in less than two weeks like nothing happened. The receptionists are also nice and helpful, they will assist you with the rental arrangement even with the drop-off. Highly recommend this place :)"

"The customer service was excellent, they kept me updated on the progress. The workmanship is not so good. 1. Shop created new scratch which requires 2-3 days back in their shop to repair it. 2. Door molding bottom piece both ends are hanging. 3. Wheel-housing not all fasteners were installed."
