"Worst place I've ever been to. Went in asked for a minute to order, person i was with ordered. waiter never came back to get my order. I didnt eat. Music was up so loud I couldnt hear the person infront of me. Will never come back. Ended up going Shari's after"
"Had family visiting from Mazatlan, Sinaloa so we thought it would be fun to take them here to celebrate a birthday. It was, unfortunately, a horrible choice. The service was extremely slow, the server didn’t bring us water until roughly 30 minutes after arriving and repeatedly asking for some. The food was not any better but had some saving grace. We had to request chips various times for the table because it was not enough for our party of 10 (8 adults, 2 kids). They took 20+ minutes to bring a cocktail (michelada) only to tell us they were out of ice yet still brought the drink and a bucket of modelos to the table (warm drinks are never desirable especially when the establishment is warm inside). Overall we all left feeling greatly dissatisfied— gratuity was included with our over the top check. We understand that front of the house (2-3 ppl working the floor and bar) could only do so much, but please consider hiring more staff and making sure everyone is properly trained to wait on tables."
"The food used to be good and we’ve given them several tries again. Unfortunately after this weekend we will not be returning. The mariscada we ordered was so salty had to dip it in water to be able to eat it. The shrimp looked/tasted like it had been sitting in a warmer for hours instead of freshly cooked (they were all shriveled up). Thinking back, we should have let them know sooner but didn’t want to complain and we were starving. When we told the waiter all she did was nod her head up and down, absolutely no response from her at all, she could have said something like “oh I’m sorry I’ll let the cooks know”."
"Excellent Food, with a wide variety on the menu. Specialists in seafood for sure. There is a slight language barrier if you don’t speak Spanish, but all worked out fine."
"UPDATE: Have only tried two dishes. Ok flavor. Service is good, friendly staff. ORIGINAL: Didn't try any of the food; my friend & I went in for drinks & to check out the karaoke. Wish it went on til later though and maybe dim lights a bit for better ambiance. Beer was reasonably priced."
