"I wish I'd taken a video of how the service was.. I always come by there to eat with family and friends... But tonight was just messed up... I went to use the restroom & I was rushed to use the restroom by an employee... It was so frustrating that they kept knocking every 10 second... saying I need to clean the restroom... or maintenance time to clean the restroom... stomping their feet cause they wanted me out of there fast... the worst part is they also tried to unlock the bathroom with their key.. ... You know I'm a chef, so I also run a kitchen... Sometimes people take long cause they have digestive problems. I'm a Cancer survivor patient.. And my family will vouch for me.. They know my condition. I don't have a normal stomach like I used to... That was a mean thing to do to a person who bladder, which they can't control.. also it was only 8:30 What's your rush.. lobby doesn't close till 10 pm.. What was your problem..."

"Ordered a Oreo mcflurry and it was empty in the center. I asked the girl why it was like that and if I could get a different one. She told me the machine makes it and no I can't get another. She must think idk how they're made. The person making them put the ice cream inside the cup then the machine mixes it. She's being reported to higher management for her rudeness and giving me something I paid for that was half gone before I got it."

"Don't get me wrong. I love the food, but the thing is when I came in with my friends. I let my friends order first, and they got what they wanted, yet they asked extra ketchup, and well, they didn't so when it came for me order. I got extra ketchup, which I didn't ask any ketchup, so I gave it to my friends who needed it. Overall, good places get food to dine, but when it comes down to the person feeling who takes the orders, it has favorites."

"I've eaten here several times with no extreme issues. I've watched the place go through some rough patches with lower staffing at times and a high turnover rate. I sympathize with customer service workers, I know it can be a stressful job with not a lot of return at times, but there's a point where I feel the line needs to be drawn. What appears to be mold in my drink is that line. I tried to call and warn them about it so no one else has a chance to get sick from it and got no response. I get that there's bad days but this just feels negligent and lacks a level a consideration that I feel everyone deserves. Sorry but it's just not right."
