"Food is always amazing here. Such a hidden gem. Portion sizes are large and easy to do "family style" dinners with. Wear stretchy pants and be prepared for the carb coma. I have eaten here many times throughout the year and I have never come across a dish I haven't liked!"
"01/24/2024: Had their 10β pizza and it definitely filled us up and had to take the rest home! 08/31/2023: First time here after friends of ours raved about this place. My husband and I arrived on a Thursday evening and was immediately seated and no wait time. Server was very engaged with us and we liked not being rushed. She asked about drinks and asked for coffee & creamer which was served in a timely manner. As with other reviews, portion sizes we very generous. We ordered mozzarella sticks and traditional spaghetti with marinara sauce with 1 Italian sauage and the server told us that they can have the dish already split in two - which was really nice of them to do. By the end of meal, we were full and didn't have enough room for dessert. We will definitely be back!"
"This institution has stood the test of time (and looks it) and has nothing to prove to anyone. I think you'll generally be pleased with the menu, the cost, the portions and the service. Italian food is something that can cause great debate, especially among Italians, and I suspect Nonna Emilia sparks a good amount of it. In my case the Volgole (linguine with clams) was both exactly as advertised and, for me, terribly disappointing (the bacon cream sauce drowns anything you might expect). That said, another at our table loved it, and you may too. So do go, order carefully, enjoy the food and maybe some debate about what's Italian. And don't forget dessert."
"Went in on a Friday early for dinner. We were seated right away by a very happy lady. Menu has lots of selection and prices are fair. My husband ordered the Lasagna and I ordered the mushroom ravioli. Both were so delicious!!! We also opted to add a soup and salad to our meal. Clam chowder I added on was pretty good too. Service was on top of our drink refills and knowledgeable about the menu. It was overall a great experience and we would definitely visit again."
