"Dotty's is a place that have a verity of poker machine. People over the age of 21 or older can play. They will check for Identity to make sure you're over 21. They have ATM, they have good food, the cashier will serve you drunks, the people and the employees are very nice, and they have a very clean restrooms."
"It's not the cleanest place in the world. A rather unsavory crowd, especially after it gets dark. Walking into place feels as if your walking the Green Mile. Personally myself, I don't like feeling like I am being sized up before the jackels attack."
"An overall chill place to VP, eat, and see friends. Been to lots of locations and they're always clean, the employees are cool (mostly), you get free soda when you play, the food is good, smokes aren't overpriced, $1 bic's, and there are lots of regular customers. If you didnt have to ask for a key to use the bathroom, it'd be 5 stars."
"A cozy little place, if you want to take a load off of your feet, have a drink, play some lottery, or get a cup of coffee. Not a place I would go on a regular basis, but they do seem to have a regular clientele, and people that are always there from time to time. Obviously, that must mean it has something going for it, perhaps even more than I'm aware of. Cheers!"
