"The tops of their cups are popping off and spilling all over me and in my car. This has happened multiple times so I have stopped going there."
"I met up with a couple of girlfriends to work. I did not eat but their water was excellent. I had already eaten before I came because I had another meeting at a different restaurant. But my girlfriend's ate and the food looked awesome and the service was fast. Atmosphere was perfect for working."
"When I ordered my drink, they said it would be $1 extra for no ice. This is frustrating to me because I get no ice due to sensitive teeth. I don't think I should have to pay extra for having a condition that makes it hurt to drink something with ice. After I got home and finished fishing the ice out of my drink, I checked on the app and through the app there is currently no additional charge for no ice. The downside of this is you can't use a reusable cup if you order through the app. I assume that charging extra for no ice is a new company policy and not specific to this location, so this review is less about my experience at this particular location and more about the company as a whole."
