"It's Starbucks. You know exactly what you are going to get. This place is fast and efficient. I ordered my usual Caramel Latte with the app and they had it ready to go faster than I could get there. "Usually great service, but I waited this morning from 5:35 to 6:10 while two female baristas dribbled past me without even acknowledging my presence outside and proceeded in the dark behind a locked front door to stock the pastry bin. If you are doing holiday hours (April Fool's Day?), contrary to the hours listed on your door, first post the late opening and greet and meet and apologise to us regular early risers! Keister Sunday, bah humbug, rude brew crew."
