"Worst experience ever. 1.) Promised a loaner car and the job was supposed to only take 3-4 days. No loaner (I don't believe one exists). After a week, they finally rented a car for us for the last 3 days of a 2 week (not 3-4 day) fix. Then 2.) When we picked up the car, it had multiple dust specs in the paint. They said they would call for us to bring it back in a "couple of weeks " to fix it. Thank goodness I refused to pay the deductible until I was satisfied and the job was complete. They didn't call for a month and that was only to complain that we still owed the deductible and had to "come pay it right now!" I said the job wasn't done yet. I brought the car back for another "inspection " and was told that it was "good enough " I said I would pay when it was complete. They reluctantly set up another appointment a week later. I dropped off the car and that afternoon when I went to pick it up, it still looked badly. I was once again told that that was good enough and the older gentlemen laughed at me and said I was "too picky, just look at the rest of the car, it has scratches and dings". That shouldn't matter. They obviously don't take pride in their work and REALLY don't have customer care in mind. I refused again and they worked on it one last time, the 4th time. This time they finally got it right, but only because I refused to pay until they did. Shameful way to run a business. They even had threatened me to keep my car since I was refusing to pay for their shoddy work. BEWARE of this company. Look closely before you pay them a dime. Be picky. The job was $2,400 with my deductible and what the insurance paid for a quarter panel that had minor damage and scratches. They were paid for a good job. Not what they were saying was "acceptable". Or do yourself a favor and don't go there in the first place."

"Expert craftsmanship. Very professional and knowledgeable from the moment I walked in the door until the time I picked up my repaired vehicle. How they made a 17 year old car look like it just rolled off the assembly line is beyond me. Not only would I go back, I will be sure to tell all my friends!"

"This was the only place in Newport the insurance would let me go to... had a brand new car and within the first month of driving it, it got hit by one of Newport’s many bad drivers while I was parked at work. I had to take it back to Main THREE times to try to get the work done correctly and all three times it was terrible. They got the brand new interior filthy- and returned it to me that way- they scratched the non-damaged, passenger side of the car, dented the back door’s chrome trim (which was also not damaged in the accident), mismatched the paint, dinged the new door they put on, broke the new mudguards they put on, and left the entirety of the paint bubbled. Thank God I left the state shortly after and was able to take it to a completely different shop to get everything redone. I’ve never had such a terrible experience dealing with ‘professionals’. The two guys there are nice but I don’t think the staff knows what they’re doing"

"After 2 months of being ignored by Matt Senner I will be taking my vehicle somewhere else to get a quote and work done. It's a shame this is the shop my insurance recommended me to. Numerous attempts from both me and my insurance company to make a 2 way contact with Matt and I have never received a call or email from him."
