"Referred a client that is very kind here to this business. From what I was told they were not met with empathy at all. Just sounds like they’re worried about the money and not the actual people. Talked on the phone to them myself and they were generally pretty unhelpful. Held my tongue from some pretty colorful language after they treated my client so poorly. Do not recommend, save your time and effort."

"I can’t find one good thing to say about this place! I asked if they were accepted my insurance, I was told yes we’re part of Moda then after I get the bill I find out they’re out of network and don’t work with Moda costing me a lot more money. Then after taking almost 6 months to receive my partial it’s a piece of junk! I went in at least 15 times (driving over 60 minutes each time) and still they couldn’t make it fit properly. Finally, after fighting with them for over a year I have a very costly piece of junk!! I went somewhere else, something I can’t afford, but it was the best move ever. The new partial fits perfect no adjustment needed. Never trust this place!!"
