"Water was leaking into the passenger front footwell of my 2016 Infiniti. Nobody local (and cheaper) could get to it for months, so I decided to have it fixed at the dealer. They told me it was a clogged sunroof drain and it is a common problem on my model. Pros: Got me in the next day, communication was good. work was done on time, car interior was dried out, exterior was washed fairly well. Cons: Expensive (but I knew it would be - they had to remove the dash etc.), car interior was not vacuumed, and I’ll probably have to do this again in several years if I still have the car."
"We bought our Infiniti here 2 years ago and had a great buying experience with Alan. He was very patient and helpful throughout our whole process. For servicing, we've had great experiences with Luis. He always makes sure that we have a warm welcoming and he's proven time after time that he knows what he's talking about and we find him very trustworthy overall. I can't recommend these guys enough! We buy new cars every few years so we've seen our fare share of idiots...but not here. Not sure how "one person auto purchasing" works though, so I can't say anything about that new process."
