"The worse Starbucks experience we have ever had. A total of 5 people working, really no one in lobby and we were in drive thru line longer than 30 mins. When we finally got to the window we found only one person making drinks working pretty fast. The cashier girl was totally ignoring us and all of the made drinks including ours on the counter ready for us to pay. We waiting another 10 mins waiting for her to acknowledge us and let us pay and give us our 2 drinks so we could leave. The other 3 were all clustered together chatting and doing something w a piece of paper maybe while the other two watched. Then the girl FINALLY wanted our money and then co tongued on taking orders on the headset and walking around. She could have just handed us our drinks but NO. We could see the but probably another 5-10 mins she finally picked them up and handed them to us. We will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. 4/5 need to be fired. They do not represent Starbucks at all. Our drinks were had melted ice. What’s the pint of an iced tea w no ice"

"Three girls working, incapable of engaging. They looked at me when I walked in, said nothing. When I tried to engage they just looked at each other and one went to the back, never smiled, zero rapport or service. Then they started talking about a trainer and the new girl said she wasn't looking forward to being trained by the person "Christian"?. As a DM, I would be very disappointed that a guest had to listen to a team having this kind of conversation in front of them. Next time I'm visiting I'll go to the drive thru down the road."

"This place is located in the middle of the out door mall. Very clean with friendly music playing at a soft level. Staff is dressed professionally and are quick and very friendly. Happy with the layout and visit. I don’t drink coffee but my wife enjoys them. The Iced Carmel Cloud Macchiato was fantastic. If your in the area shopping plan on about a 5 min wait and friendly staff. Recommend them"
