"I got a dent and scratch on my car from a door ding and was looking for a PDR shop to fix it. I called several body shops to see if it could be repaired and was quoted between $350-998 and was told I should repaint my entire door. Then I called PDR Solutions and sent over photos to Randy. He was extremely knowledgeable, nice and honest about the options to fix the dent / scratch. Unlike other places that tried to quote me extremely high prices and level of efforts, Randy was honest and optimistic about being able to fix the scratch without intensive work. I drove to the shop same day and showed him the scratch and he fixed it right then and there because it was a minor ding. While other places were trying to take advantage, this spot was kind and helpful! I found my go-to body shop in Oregon and HIGHLY recommend everyone to go here. "I got a dent in my hood from a large rock hitting it while driving down I-5. Randy did an outstanding job removing the dent, and even touched up the paint where it did get chipped. He also arranged for the paint protection film on my hood to be replaced for me. He is wonderful person to deal with and does amazing work. "Within just a couple months after buying my new car, my car got a couple small dings/dents in the passenger door, probably while my car was out parked in a parking lot. I was recommended to PDR by another auto body shop that estimated they'd charge a lot more. Randall at PDR scheduled me in quick and got the dents repaired within the day, and it looks new again - nothing is visible where the dents were. His rate is very reasonable too - He charged $150 for repairing these dents. The first 2 photos show the dents (1st is a dent near the top of the passenger door with a scratch; 2nd is a very small dent that's harder to see), and the next 2 photos are after the repair."
