"One star lost for overpaying me (and me fighting hard for them to realize they did) and taking 5 months to send me my reimbursement. One star lost for when I pick up the vehicle, its repair was not complete. They never installed the step up in the rear, and only acknowledged (and removed their charge for the part and labor) they didn’t complete the work after I pointed it out upon pick up. One star lost for taking longer to repair than estimated. What was 4-6 week estimate became 8 weeks. This is more understandable, but still was inconvenient. One star given because overall the work looked good. Second star given for their recommendation for other services to help me with my accident claim with my insurance."

"Literally the biggest jokes in automotive repair I’ve encountered. Their team lacks communication with customers and automotive knowledge. Their regional manager isn’t trained to deal with customer conflict. Cody has no idea how to present a price and ask for a sale. Had my car towed there after an initial phone call where Cody stated he could provide an estimate on mechanical and body damage within 2 days. Waited 5 days and could not get a hold of anybody at the front desk who had any idea what is going on with my vehicle. Was very unprofessionally offered for them to fake an estimate and send it to insurance instead of them providing a price and asking for approval to obtain a proper estimate. They sent my insurance an incomplete estimate after I approved the cost for the alignment check. I called and was told I never approved it. I have a email to Cody stating otherwise. Needless to say this place is run by complete idiots with no sense of a process or direction. Choose this place if you want service at the absolute pace of snails on heroin. 12 days of wasted time, no communication and absolutely nothing done and I am towing elsewhere."
