"I love Panera Bread. I have my favorite meal there and it's wonderful almost every time. This location was one of those, not so wonderful, times. I ordered a bread bowl of soup and noticed the soup was only filled half way. I asked why that was and they told me it was because that was what was left. If I had known this I would have picked something else but there was no customer service offered in this moment, it was just, too bad...I wish they would have at least given me the opportunity to pick something else. A place that's way too expensive to be that stingy."
