"I should give this one star but that part was door dashes fault. When I had to come down to fix a door dash order the young man was incredibly nice and just fixed everything. They even replaced the food that was correct but going to be cold by the time I got home. Good customer service which I rare for big corps these days. Door Dash couldn't have cared less."

"They serve drive thru very slowly. People can't stand it and just turn around and leave. I don't understand why evening shifts work so slowly. At home in Ukraine, I never had such problems at McDonald's. That is, the company literally loses profit. While I was waiting at least 5 cars did not want to wait. I wouldn't have waited either, but I had to because I took an order from DoorDash. I literally stood in line for 40 minutes. in order to make a delivery for $6. I will not make this mistake next time. I will ignore these orders. Because they don't want to improve anything. In their other McDonald's establishments, the situation is the same."

"The inside and outside of the restaurant were full of trash. The trash cans were overflowing with trash all over the top and the floor, with trash being left on tables because it was impossible to pile any more onto the garbage cans. Long wait for food and left before my order was ready after seeing the condition of the lobby and an employee preparing food in the kitchen touching their hair in between each order."

"Date: 11/21/2022 Time: 03:45 AM Order: My order is under the receipt attachment Problem: Upon ordering, I asked for fresh everything. I asked for fresh fries since the fries I received were not warm/hot. After receiving fries that tasted like they refried them, I noticed that my cheeseburger did not have extra ketchup nor mustard. As well as asking for barbecue sauce since I did not receive them for my McNuggets. The manager Zach, who I had issues with regarding past orders and unprofessional service, gave me an attitude while cursing me under his breath then sent a female employee to deliver my new cheeseburger. Before I could ask for something she forcefully handed me my new burger then ran away. Upon checking the new burger, there was no mustard and the cheeseburger was drowned in ketchup. I then returned to the drive through to get my money back. Upon my multiple requests to receive my money back for unprofessional customer service and unsatisfactory meal service, the manager Zack refused my request then slammed the window closed on me. Manager Zack has in the past discriminated against me because of my race and now he is refusing to give me a refund for the poor service I received. If you are a person of color, please take care to watch out for discrimination at this location."
