"Give me broken cups coffee leaking out of them getting all over my car and me as they handed them to me. I asked for one of them to be stirred, and when they handed me the coffee it wasn’t I asked if they would stir it. He said they don’t really come stirred and I asked if he would he said we’ll just do it next time. By far the worst service and attitude I’ve ever dealt with, and I will definitely never tip them again"

"Multiple time I use the drive through and the drinks have spills on lids. Clean your lids and cups BEFORE handing it out. As a customer we are paying top dollar for service! *Edit* This morning I got my first hot Pike and on got a lovely surprise of grounds in my cup. The only reason I go to this Starbucks is out of necessity not because I like it. I will be continuing my patronage elsewhere."
