"The delivery of dental services was satisfactory, but the experience was so negative from the very start. Within 7 seconds of my arrival I had a paper shoved in front of me and was told this is the amount my services would cost today and I had to sign RIGHT THEN that I promised to pay the amount before I left for the day. I’ve always paid full amounts at every visit, but the shoving of this paper in my face and the forcefulness of the “sign here to show you promise to pay before you leave today” made me think of nothing else for the rest of the visit. As I was reading this “promise” form, the person stood the entire time staring at me waiting for me to sign. On my way out, I obviously paid and was given a quote for a future service I was considering and was told I needed to sign it as well and when I said I had not yet to decide to do it they said I needed to sign to show I was given the quote. The front office handled the customer interactions so unfriendly that I am considering looking elsewhere. Let’s face it, this place is expensive and I can overpay for dental services elsewhere and be valued as a customer rather than just a payment."

"Update: Another visit with City Dental for a cleaning and extensive evaluation. Very gentle and respectful. I'm so glad I chose this dental practice, 3\5\24. Excellent service. They took me in as a new patient with a dental emergency. Dr. Shao and his assistant, Diego, were gentle with this nervous patient and fixed my issue with great care. We will definitely form a relationship with this dental practice."

"Dr. Crofts and his staff were amazing. I went in to have an ancient broken filling replaced with a crown. City Dental was able to make my crown on the premises so I didn't need a temporary period. Everybody is so nice, efficient, and explains what's going on the whole time."

"I have got my teeth cleaned here several times and have always had a great experience. The front desk staff is always very friendly knowledgeable, & pleasant. Additionally the Hygienists and Drs always are going above and beyond to make sure the customer experience is great. In general I do not love getting my teeth cleaned, but this office makes it enjoyable :)"
