"Decent enough care, they did what they said they would, with the usual useless upsell and recommendations. Not very friendly but not mean. The only reason I'm leaving this review is because after confirming and paying my bill, they started harassing me THREE years later for money due, money I owe because by their own admittion, made a mistake of "over estimating what insurance would cover." I work in health care and have never I'm my life heard of anyone over estimating insurance, let alone coming after someone for money from a mistake they made three years ago. Do not go here."

"I was a regular patient of Dr. Case’s for nearly 10 years I would guess. It was mostly a good experience as far as dental treatment goes. Dr. Case is a very nice guy with a minimally invasive approach that I appreciated. My hygienist, Rebecca, helped me greatly in improving my overall dental health during that time. Unfortunately, Rebecca left and they didn’t replace her. The one remaining hygienist butchered my gums with the ultrasonic machine, twice. And after I walked during the second bad hygiene experience, I refused to see Michelle again after. I’ve never walked out of a dental appointment before—or since—but it was the right decision that day. I was disappointed the practice never asked why I walked of my cleaning appointment. I continued to see only Rebecca after that for years, and thanks to Covid Michelle was prevented from using the ultrasonic machine. My work moved farther south so I left the practice entirely, with mixed feelings. My advice is: you can get great care here, just not from Michelle."

"I am so glad I found this dental practice. The office and staff are warm and friendly (lovely Christmas decorations right now!) and Dr. Case is a consummate professional. I'm not sure I can say I "look forward" to going to the dentist (I mean, who does?!!) but I certainly enjoy being there. I had a great dental cleaning visit yesterday with Michelle and, as I told her, she offers probably the best and least uncomfortable cleanings I have ever had. All in all, great local dental office, and I highly recommend them."
