"Went to the McMinnville Oregon store this morning. After getting home I went to eat breakfast and found hair in my food. I called the store and the lady said she doesn’t know how that would happen because they all have hair nets. I asked for her to refund my order and she said I have to come back to the store to get the refund. But I live in a different town. When I asked for corporates phone number said she didn’t know the phone number. This is unacceptable and down right disgusting. Health department needs to go in and inspect all precautions are taken care of before they are serving people food."

"I eat at this place 2-3 times a week, it is very close to my house. They provide the service I would expect from this kind of restaurant. I don't recall ever having food missing in my order, and it's never been cold when I get it. For the price I pay, the service they provide is great. Management is awesome. I'd give 5 stars but sometimes I have to Wait longer than I'd like."

"Ordered biscuits and gravy but they didn't warn me they had no containers for packaging correctly. Then were rude when I mentioned it. Not to mention, my bacon was just tossed into the bag without packaging. Found the whole experience to be unprofessional."
