"Food and service was great. The sourdough Jack is now smaller and cost more. The inside dining area was clean. The front door was falling off the hinges wouldn't close correctly. The bathrooms needed extensive maintenance. The building is truly showing its age."
"Okay, accidents do happen. But how are you going to forget to put the egg on the breakfast sandwich? Didn't anyone notice almost nothing between the bread? Also, the Boba drinks come with a regular size straw. Not the bigger Boba straws. So the pearls don't fit through the straw."
"After last year our family gave up on Jack, orders never correct, slow and usually closed or no one responded. Today I thought we could give it another try. Amongst the order was a chocolate shake NO WHIP. It was repeated and I said yes. Well we got whip smh. Pay attention to the customer's orders. The tacos ordered were super soggy, loaded tiny tacos were more of a soggy looking taco salad, Jumbo Jack with cheese never made it to the cheese that was missing. Never again. The shabby outside appearance, less than stellar customer service and the lack food quality not to mention the high prices, is not worth our time and money. I will never again. Big fat F all the way around Jack. Attached a picture of the NO WHIP shake clearly that IS whip!"
