"Doctor…or maybe not…Afshar, I am finally getting my top two front teeth fixed after you ruined them. I had received compliments on my smile my entire life until you. When you were in the process of replacing my veneers you asked if I would like you to make them thinner/smaller since you felt that they were a bit too thick and didn’t quite fit. I was days away from finding out that I needed open heart surgery and I wasn’t really in my right mind and frankly didn’t really think too much about it so I agreed. I had always gotten great advice and work done on my teeth by the doctor’s previous to you taking over the practice so I wasn’t worried. Boy was that a huge mistake. You made my teeth square and shapeless. And when I confronted you about it you said that “you couldn’t give me anything that God had not already given me”. You were not man enough to admit that you had made a mistake. You should be ashamed of yourself. I know that I am. And I told everyone that I could about you and your terrible work and your cowardly behavior, hopefully causing you to lose new customers, as I would not want to be the reason for anyone else to look in the mirror and hate what they see….what you did. The only good thing about the practice since you took over is Amelia and she was there long before your sorry lack of talent showed up. I hope and pray that you are not able to ruin anyone else’s great smile with your subpar work. Kristy Moench Follow up: I had an appt with my new doc today. It will cost me $2500 to fix my teeth. I’m going to ask Afshar if he is willing to compensate me. Will let you all know."
