"I've never been so dissatisfied with a food place. I ordered online, waited a little over the 15 minute time on my order before going in. She hadn't started the order, didn't heat up the chicken or put sauce on the salad like ordered, and didn't bother to include all of the items on the order."

"Limited ingredients most most of the time, manager needs to keep them stocked period. The times I have went there and have not had the ingredients I like on my or other peoples sandwiches is absurd. At times there are in person orders and online orders, needs more than 1 worker."

"This location has gone downhill and it's so sad because I love Subway in general. They are constantly out of ingredients and don't have enough staff working to keep up with the demand. I did an online order tonight and had my husband pick up the order when it said in the app it was ready. When he got there he was told they were completely out of chicken. I'm sorry but why weren't we called or anything beforehand? I'm getting to the point now that I will no longer be getting my Subway here and will drive the 20 extra minutes to McMinnville for my Subway."

"I am all about giving places 2nd and sometimes multiple chan es but this subway has failed us time and time again. There has not been 1 good experience here in the 7 years we have lived here. The place is kind of gloomy, they NEVER have enough food to make the sandwiches they offer (constantly run out of stuff), and when ordering on the app our orders have never been right. They would not refund us for a sandwich we were charged for on the app but also could not make us an equally priced sandwich so we were just out the money, basically they stole our money. It has been at least a year since that happened and we stopped going there, so I figured we could try again, I mean a year later, could be better.... nope, still didn't have teriyaki sauce, pickles, tuna, or turkey. I'm shocked they are still in business."
