"$10.00 for 12 minutes doesn't sit right with me when it come to appropriate timing for your pets safety/comfort in addition requesting to washout the area for the next person (which I agree it should be left neat for the next person, that uses more of the allotted 12 minutes). I understand additional time can be purchased, but at that point at another facility $20 gives me unlimited timing (if not abused I would assume), soap, clean towels, and they say just to leave everything in the wash area they will take care of it. Side note..... if this is in conjunction with the self truck wash, please maintain your equipment/keep soap and other selected chemical additives functioning."

"I'm convinced that whoever runs this place does not care about it. The change machine doesn't work,There's two vacuums that do not work & no, you cannot get your change back. I remember when it was Bo-Bittys car wash years ago. Bo-Bittys wasn't anything special but at least the Vacuum Cleaners worked properly and you got what you paid for. Skip this place & go to Sheridan instead!! 2/5"

"This is the worst self-service car wash I have ever been to. I pulled into the first bay, the one closest to the storage units, and put in the $2.50 it says should get me 1) presoak 2) Tire & Engine cleaner 3) Foam Brush 4) Wax 5)Rinse. So i put in the initial $2.50 which git me a whole whopping 4 minutes ( Yes, it's on a timer!!!! Who can do all that but in 4 minutes?!? So the soap for the presoak came out of the wand as barely a misting, wierd but I made do. Then switched to #3 soap camr out and I started scrubbing my car. Before I even got through scrubbing the top the timer was already going off. So I shelled out another $2.50. I attempted to finish scrubbing my car and then the timer went off again!! So, another $2.50 and switched it to rinse, and nothing when I squeezed the trigger on the wand. So with soap all over my entire car I pulled out and pulled into the next bay, thankfully it worked. I put $2.50 in this one three times as well so that I could finish washing my car. Once done I walked around the car wash looking for some kind of owner contact information to only find nothing of the sort. I am beyond furious."
