"This place is always a 2 month wait to get anything done. 2 months to get a yearly checkup and they won’t let you schedule more than 2 months in advance. 2 months to get any needed follow-up appointments if something needs to attended to. I had a cold and called them, they immediately cancelled my appointment (no conversation at all)… 2 months out for the rescheduled appointment. I’ll be going with another insurance plan at work at the end of this year. Willamette Dental has been like this for years, but I never really needed anything other than a cleaning, so it didn’t matter much to me. Now that I actually need something addressed, Willamette Dental is highly unreliable. They took my money upfront and now I have to wait 4 months?"

"Overall, very disappointed in this office, although the staff was nice, I had to wait two months to get into the office and after seeing the dentist, I was told I had many cavities that needed to get filled. As I checked out at the front desk the gal told me she could not schedule treatment as they were booked out till April and they don’t have a calendar out any further. They would call me sometime in April hopefully to schedule my treatment. They should not be accepting new patients if they cannot fulfill the treatment that is recommended. Also, the dentist there was pretty cold. I was also told that I would receive a prescription for a fluoride, rich toothpaste, and realize after I left that they did not ask me for my pharmacy information. This was my first visit to this office not impressed."

"My prior experience with dentists and dental offices has only been with small practices, one dentist and no more than three hygienists. Willamette offices are better equipped and their operation is streamlined, the staff is all stellar - highly trained, work well together. I worried that the level of care would suffer in a larger operation, but the opposite is true. I feel that the quality of care at Willamette is top notch!"
