Reviews
"Every time I pick up my orders from warehouse the staff are always friendly and helpful. They have my ordered products ready quickly for pick up, even when ordered within 2 hours of placed order. AMSOIL warehouse has a convenient curb side pickup during COVID-19. Give them a call to let them know you are there and they bring your products to the pickup location outside of loading dock."
"For truck deliveries: Little bit tight to back onto but not horrible, just one dock for Amsoil. Take the north side driveway after you turn left at the 76 gas station on the corner."
"Great place to get you will call on advance orders for your Amsoil products. The staff is friendly and helpful. Will call and no cash purchases."
"I would like to start by saying that Amsoil products are wonderful and I would encourage anyone and everyone to obtain a membership. I visit the facility approximately 6 times a year to pick up product for our business and customers. It is generally a small order, one to three products. I have never had a good customer service experience from the those working at the front counter. I have never been greeted in a professional manner. Instead of "Hello, I will be with you shorty", I generally get "I can't help you right now, you will have to wait". Today, my greeting was "I can't help you, you will have to wait for Brian". If I have not called in my order in advance, I am greeted with a heavy sigh. I will close this review by saying the guys in the warehouse are extremely polite and courteous. I think they should give some tips to those that process the customer's orders. What has happened to good old fashioned "customer" service?"
"They even stayed open for me after hours so I could get what I needed. This does not happen anymore. And it is nice to know that people like this still are around. They don't take cash. But take just about any plastic. I had to do an oil change on an Chrysler T&C. and wanted to make sure that oil can henry's uses the right fluid for the flush (they do not use atf 3 or 4, they use a generic multi fluid so BE WARNED!- I am still debating on where to do the flush. But at least I got the good stuff at Amsoil to put in after I flush the old stuff out with Wall-mart brand ATF-4 (Certified by MOPAR!) Also this is a Wholesale shop. So you need to have a membership. This runs $20 bucks a year, OR $10 bucks for 6 months. This gets you the real good prices. What you have to ask yourself. Is it worth it? If you own a 41TE or Chrysler transmission. I would say yes. If you have a turbo car that eats oil, Well better stay with grade 3 "synthetic" super tech oil at Wall-mart. Use your noggin and you can see why Amsoil is really good deal in some applications. Other times. Wall-mart fits the bill. . Be sure to check out the rat fink toy they have in the lobby. It's cool!."
