"I took my children with this orthodontics, and I have been very disappointed with couple things. Seems like the billing people are asked to be pushy about the payments, one gets bombarded with email, calls and even text messages about payment due dates. We also had a bad experience with my child who was treated poorly by a dental assistant for losing her permanent retainer. An email was sent to the dentist, and they never bother in responding back to me."

"I am very happy with my experience(s) at Dr. Cruikshank's office. The staff are very kind and keep me updated on what's going on. They are also willing to answer any questions I have. I do enjoy chatting with them when I go in for my visits. All in all, very professional, friendly, good at what they do! UPDATE: If I could give more stars, I would. I had my braces removed today and Dr. Weber and her assistant went above and beyond to make my smile great. I am impressed and more than happy with the results! Not to mention every appointment with Dr. Cruikshank and Dr. Weber has been an absolute pleasure. I highly recommend their orthodontic offices."
