"Not only was the dentist curt and uninformative, they cost me almost $300 by lying to me about being in Network for insurance. Sneaky dirty business practice! Also- The hygienist was more interested in a car issue out the window than my cleaning. Made me very nervous with tools in my mouth looking away!"

"I used to love it here. After years of being away I came back because I loved it so much. However, upon returning, I realized a number of things. 1. they only care about money, make sure you verify that your insurance is in network, because they won't tell you if it's not until you have a LARGE bill upon leaving. They don't even tell you how much it will be at the beginning fo the appointment, just upon leaving. 2. I had a horrible experience with an inexperienced staff member who was making a model of my teeth for a retainer. I told her and another member that my jaw was popping from this prior to leaving and they said just ice it and it will get better. Days later it was still popping out of place. I left a review of my visit, including the fact that my jaw was still popping and really hurting me days later, no one called or cared. When it was time to pick up the retainer, I again, mentioned that my jaw was still bothering me. Months later they reached out because apparently the insurance check my dental insurance company sent me, I thought was a reimbursement for what I had paid, was actually for them. So again, just looking for their money they called and asked me for that, again nothing about the fact that they have caused permanent damage of my jaw. I paid them and informed them to cancel any future visits because of the damage to my jaw and the fact that I wanted to find an in network dentist, do you think they reached out to solve my jaw issue? nope.... 10/10 don't recommend, they used to be great, but have gone down hill and it's really sad because I used to love it here and loved supporting a local business."

"Reception is friendly and professional, and the hygienists genuinely care about your comfort during the cleaning process. Their treatment coordinator is personable, realistic, and makes a point of presenting every possible option so that you never feel forced into anything. Would recommend!"

"BEST DENTAL CLINIC! I’ve been seeing Dr. Thompson and his staff for a few years now. Everyone in his office is extremely friendly and kind: starting with the wonderful ladies at the front, the assistants and dental hygienists. Every time I go in, I have noting but a STELLAR experience. They take the time to get to know you which is comforting especially if you have a bit of anxiety about going to the dentist. I always recommend Pacific Oak Dental to everyone I know, just because they have such great services!!"
