"Absolutely fantastic place to get your vehicle worked on. My passat sat for a year because I thought the timing chain broke. Finally got it into the shop and they had it diagnosed within days and a breakdown of where to go from there. We went ahead with the repair attempt and everything was great! They performed several other maintenance jobs and my car runs better than ever! They even washed my car, vacuumed the floor mats and left me a gift in my car when I got it! This place is a 10/10 on communication, performing good work and timeliness!"
"Took my Audi in to fix the brakes tjat the dealer installed improperly, they were sqieaking a fair amount, especially every morning. Work was done fast and no noise at all out of the brakes anymore. They also advised me of a needed repair that is covered under warranty through an extended service bulletin that dealer doesnt like to honor. Rene is the greatest! Can't recommend enough."
"I am writing this review because I would like to express my gratitude and thanks for all the people at Hillside Imports, especially Rene. Firstly, a couple months ago I called and asked them a question with regards to my battery as I had some bizarre issue I don't recollect what it exactly was, but they were gracious enough to offer me some advice. Later that day I reflected about how nice it was of them to lend their advice and thoughts to me. Then more recently at the time if this writing I had an issue where my car would just die at random moments; unfortunately they could not diagnose the problem but nonetheless reassured me to give them a call when the problem arises again. Continuing, it is extremely nice they did not "find" something wrong with my car to just charge me for something unrelated/irrelevant. If you have any issue with your Audi or Volkswagen, I would 110% without a doubt take it to Hillside Imports; they are the most honest people I have come across and it is very refreshing how kind and honest they are."
