Kyle is professional and flexible in his solutions and always happy to explain the “why” for any work done or recommended. He is objective when communicating whether a repair is optional or essential (which is greatly appreciated when trying to be cost conscious about European car repairs). "V Shop did a great job and was very conscientious. I asked for a service not usually performed at my mileage, not only did Margaret confirm I wanted the extra service when I scheduled, but once again when I checked in. Then the mechanic called and explained all he found (not much of note) and explained what the extra service would cost approximately to make sure I was going to be happy before he began. He also identified issues with the third party tow package and recommended that we have it looked at by the installer before spending more money for them to fix it. I highly recommend the V Shop for your Volvo needs."
